Marlene is a person-focused, whole systems-thinking leadership coach, mentor, facilitator, and trainer focused on helping both emergent and experienced practitioners of leadership create the conditions for themselves and others to be the best version of themselves and do their best work, with or without a “leader” title, and individually, as a team, or as an organization.
Marlene’s deeply diverse background (tech start ups companies, financial services Fortune 500, materials science research, nuclear power, not-for-profit, standards and governance etc) informs her approach, meeting her clients exactly where they are to help them get to where they want to be, starting first with the internal work necessary to bridge these substantial transitions.
Marlene has a forward-focused style of coaching grounded in the principles of intent, observation, and experimentation, visualizing change over time to better understand momentum.
Marlene’s an Agile Coaching Institute Certified Teams Transformation Coach (CTTC) and a ICAgile Certified Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC), NeuroLeadership Institute (Brain-based Coaching) Results Trained Coach, and Scrum Alliance (CSM,CAL) certified.
When she is not working, Marlene enjoys farming, kayaking, building and making things, and beekeeping (to just scratch the surface).
